December Board Meeting
An early (due to Christmas) Show-Me Cosmo Board meeting was called to order at 5:34 p.m. by President John Hubert on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.
Minutes from the November meeting were approved with a motion by Bill, seconded Lora.
Present: Sara & Tim Echternach, Bill Giddings, John Hubert, Bill & Jeane Tetro, Aaron & Lora Zaner.
Treasurer Bill Tetro reported that Show-Me Club was balanced and reconciled as of the end of November. We are current with dues as well.
It was discussed that we will have a “big” check to “give” to each of our designated organizations at the January 2nd meeting. (there will be quick erasing in between presentations) 😊
We discussed upcoming events, adding that special meetings will be held soon with the various committees: Bowling, Bunco, and Spaghetti.
Also, a reminder that the annual Pancake Breakfast will be Saturday, January 25th.
From the Columbia government, Patrick Zenner will be the Guest Speaker for the January 2nd general meeting.
